The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition against Helicobacter pylori, the composition containing an extract of un-ripened Rubi Fructus and an extract of Ulmus davidiana var. japonica as active ingredients. The complex of dual natural materials according to the present invention exhibits a synergy effect in antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori, unlike when a single extract is used, has no side effects, and is safe to the human body, and thus is thought to be appropriate for the prevention of Helicobacter bacteria and the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders including gastritis caused by Helicobacter bacteria.
