The present invention relates to an operation device for increasing the blood pressure of the coronary sinus in order to treat angina pectoris and, more specifically, to an operation device for treating angina pectoris by increasing the blood pressure of the coronary sinus in order to resolve a lack of blood flow to a coronary artery, which is the cause of angina pectoris. The operation device for increasing the blood pressure of the coronary sinus in order to treat angina pectoris, according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a coronary sinus tube (12) to be inserted into the coronary sinus; a tricuspid valve tube (14) to be inserted between the tricuspid valve and the ventricular septum; and an extension part (16) of which the coronary sinus tube and the tricuspid valve tube are respectively extended to be fixed and coupled to each other.
