An LED daylight lamp tube driven by a fluorescent lamp electronic ballast and a lighting fixture. The LED daylight lamp tube performs rectification and filtering processing on a high-frequency alternating current output by the fluorescent lamp electronic ballast (300) by means of an internal high-frequency rectification and filtering unit (100), and outputs a direct current to drive an LED module (200) to work. A first resistor (R1) and a second resistor (R2) of the high-frequency rectification and filtering unit (100) match filament impedance of the fluorescent lamp electronic ballast (300). The LED module (200) is provided with multiple LED light-emitting units connected in parallel. Each LED light-emitting unit is formed by multiple LED chips connected in series. The LED daylight lamp tube matches the fluorescent lamp electronic ballast, and therefore, no retrofitting construction needs to be performed on the fixture, thereby saving costs.
