The present invention accepts a request for the registration of information that specifies a Kokai publication (or a publication of unexamined applications) for specifying Kokai publication data pertaining to intellectual property information, and of information about a delivery destination. The Kokai publication data is loaded. A determination is made as to whether the information specifying the Kokai publication included in the registration request is described in the loaded Kokai publication data. When this information is described in the loaded Kokai publication data, information about the delivery destination stored by a storage means is specified. Item information, among the information included in the loaded Kokai publication data, which corresponds to a predetermined item is extracted, and new delivery information including the item information is generated. The delivery information and/or access destination information indicating a destination of access to the delivery information is transmitted to the information about the delivery destination specified by a means for specifying the information about the delivery destination.
