PERFORATION RESISTANCE IMPROVED ALUMINUM ALLOY FOR HEAT EXCHANGER, PERFORATION RESISTANCE IMPROVED ALUMINUM EXTRUSION TUBE AND FIN MATERIAL COMPRISING ALUMINUM ALLOY, AND HEAT EXCHANGER FORMED OF EXTRUSION TUBE AND FIN MATERIAL
The present invention relates to: a perforation resistance improved aluminum alloy for a heat exchanger, in which the concentrations of copper (Cu), silicon (Si) and iron (Fe) are controlled to be a certain level or lower and which further comprises zirconium (Zr) and a balance of aluminum (Al); a perforation resistance improved aluminum extrusion tube and fin material comprising the aluminum alloy; and a heat exchanger formed of the aluminum extrusion tube and fin material. The present invention relates to: an aluminum alloy composition which has improved corrosion durability, compared to pitting corrosion of tube and fin material of a conventional heat exchanger, due to induction of uniform corrosion through dispersion of corrosion spots and intergranular corrosion inhibition by addition and control of alloy elements, and which has extrudability maintained at the existing level of A1070; a perforation resistance improved aluminum extrusion tube and fin material comprising the aluminum alloy composition; and a heat exchanger formed of the aluminum extrusion tube and fin material.
