A horizontal opposed piston, a round-gap crank, a crank shaft and a horizontal opposed cylinder block of a new-type internal combustion engine. The invention relates to the field of internal combustion engine components, and comprises a horizontal opposed piston (1), a round-gap crank (2), a crank shaft (3) and a horizontal opposed cylinder block (4); the round-gap crank (2) is embedded in a round hole of a hole for round-gap crank (1-1) of the horizontal opposed piston (1); both the two opposed piston heads (1-3) constitute the horizontal opposed piston (1) by a linkage of piston pins (1-2); a crank groove (2-2) of the round-gap crank (2) is connected to the crank shaft (3) via a crank throw (3-1) and is embedded in the horizontal opposed cylinder block (4) integrally. The invention adopts the design concept of an eccentric circle crank shaft of a rotor engine and can reduce vibration and friction of the crankshaft, reduce the volume of the internal combustion engine and improve the thrust weight ratio, and is conducive to improve the high performance of the internal combustion engine and prolong the service life.
