An energy-saving advertising lamp box module and an energy-saving advertising lamp box. The energy-saving advertising lamp box module comprises a first reflector (11) and a second reflector (12) which are arranged in parallel, and a light-emitting tube (2), wherein the light-emitting tube (2) is located in front of the joint of the first reflector (11) and the second reflector (12), and a semitransparent dodging plate (3) is arranged in front of the light-emitting tube (2); the first reflector (11) and the second reflector (12) extend in the length direction of the light-emitting tube (2), the sections of the first reflector (11) and the second reflector (12) are arc-shaped, and the included angle between the chord (111) of the arc-shaped section of the first reflector (11) and the chord (121) of the arc-shaped section of the second reflector (12) is an obtuse angle. The energy-saving advertising lamp box comprises an outer frame (100) and a support frame (200) which is arranged at the back of the outer frame (100), and further comprises several of the energy-saving advertising lamp box modules which are arranged in the outer frame (100). The energy-saving advertising lamp box module and the energy-saving advertising lamp box have simple structures, are convenient for maintenance and have uniform brightness, and are suitable for large-scale advertisements.
