A method for judging a transmission direction of energy complying with the two-dimensional conservation law, comprising the following steps: (1) establishing a transmission model for alternating current energy; (2) setting assumed conditions, i.e. firstly setting some assumed conditions for judging the transmission direction of the alternating current energy; (3) judging the transmission direction of the alternating current energy; and (4) dividing a complex network into small networks, and respectively judging the transmission direction of each small network. The method has the beneficial effect that: in a simple network, the network can be controlled without using a directional element, and even in a very complex large-scale network, the direction of the alternating current energy of the entire network connecting line can be judged using a few directional elements, thereby more accurately monitoring the alternating current energy of a total system and shortening the fault response time.
