Breaker low voltage (100) comprising a control device (1) for reclosing said branch circuit breaker low voltage (100), wherein said control device is operatively associated with operating means (10, 28) of said circuit breaker, that they are able to adopt a first operating position (50) associated with an open configuration of said switch, and a second operating position (60), associated with a closed configuration of said circuit breaker, characterized in that said device control comprises at least one actuating element (20) comprising a material with shape memory and which is operably associated with said actuating means, wherein said actuating member causes movement of said manoeuvering means of said first operating position ( 50) to said second operating position (60) when said shape memory material performs a state transition.
