Method of selection of specific antibodies hake (Merluccius merluccius) to assign individuals to populations depending Atlantic origin or Mediterranean origin. # The present invention relates to a method of selecting peptides from proteins tissues or organs European to produce specific antibodies to identify the origin of the individuals hake, assigning them to the Mediterranean basin or the Atlantic hake. Starting from brain, they are selected peptides located in proteins: ATP synthase, alpha subunit; 14-3-3; and dependent anion channel voltage, respectively. Also the invention includes the combination of antibodies against selected peptides, with which a method is designed to identify immunodetection source populations of European hake. With antibodies, the invention also features a kit for identifying the origin of hake.
