1. Machine segmented flow analysis for in situ monitoring of water samples by fluorimetry or colorimetry techniques consisting of: - a set of reservoirs containing or shots or object where samples fluorometric or colorimetric analysis are taken, reagents necessary for analysis and fluids necessary for cleaning the pipes of the system. - a pump sucking fluids involved in the analysis process. - a set of valves that allow or prevent the passage of fluids involved in the analysis process. - a cuvette where the reaction between the sample for analysis and the reagents necessary for the analysis occurs. - A cuvette holder and cuvette containing that emitting means and light receivers are coupled whose type depends on the nature of the analysis that want to perform in each case. - a set of pipes for circulating the fluids involved in the analysis process. - a controller or set of drivers with electronics and software needed to nourish and govern the performance of the pump, the valves and the means of emission and reception of light. Characterized in that: - the pump always rotates in the same direction. - the tray has two outlets or ports (upper and lower). - both filling and emptying the cuvette is produced by making the bottom thereof.
