The present invention relates to a lightweight prefabricated panel comprising a first rectangular panel face member, a second rectangular panel face member, a rigid core being disposed between said first rectangular panel face member and second rectangular panel face member wherein said rigid core comprises a mixture of cement, polystyrene beads, accelerating agents and lahar sediments and said rigid core being provided with a projecting tongue on one side and a recess groove on the opposite side edge.
