A horizontal shell and tube condenser comprises a mixing device for intensification of heat transfer in tubular space which consists of a cylindrical shell to which the tube plates are welded in which a tube bundle is fixed to the tube plates by bolting caps are attached with welded connections for supply and discharge of fluid. In fitting a turbine on bearings is fixed, this enables without an external drive to turbulize stream before entering the tube space.
