The technique for ileotransversoanastomosis following right-sided hemicolectomy for the acutely bleeding cancer of the right colon comprises approaching the ileum stump to the stump of the transverse colon, sewing these two stumps and fashioning ileotransversoanastomosis. The cut terminal division of the colon, with the head of the apparatus for the circular colon interintestinal anastomosis fixed in the lumen of colon at the cut line with purse-string suture is approached to the site of presumptive anastomosis. The circular end-to-side ileotransversoanastomosis is fashioned with the apparatus passed through the opening made in colon prior to its dissection, proximal to the site selected for anastomosis. Then the colon with tumor is cut with linear suturing device. The line of the staple suture is covered with the serous-serous sutures.
