The invention also concerns the production of biocompatible quantum dot nanocapsules, which consists of the dissolution in the first stage of 4.6 ml dichloromethane of 150 g triblocal polymer consisting of 20 units of polyoxyethylene (PEO),followed by 70-units of polyoxypropylene (PPO),and then 20-units of polyoxyethylene (PEO) again,12.5-50 mg of oil and 1-3 mg of CdSe-ZnS "core-coating" quantum droplets dissolved in hexane, Then the prepared organic phase is mixed for thirty minutes at temperature 25,C. In the second stage the whole is subjected to ultrasound for 90 seconds and the excess solvent evaporates under reduced pressure at temperature 40,C and in the third stage 5,ml of water, which is a solution of polyethoxylated castor oil, 50 mg/ml in the evaporated mixture,the whole is mixed at temperature 40oC for two hours and the resulting suspension of polymer nanocapsules loaded with quantum dots CdSe/ZnS is subjected to ultrasound for three-8 minutes and mixed for another 12-hour period at room temperature, then, in the third stage, the loaded polymer nano-capsules are subjected to a process of nanofiltration by polyether sulfone membranes of a diameter of 200 nm.
