The present invention provides an integral system for carrying out intervention operations in oil wells, with regard to the repair of the geological structure and the structural and dynamic maintenance thereof, by means of a process performed in different phases, which along with a computer system allow the unproductive time to be reduced as well as costs for the mobilization, installation, uninstallation, operation and maintenance of housing modules and equipment for repairing and providing structural maintenance to wells, in order to improve the possibilities of obtaining a higher profit in the exploitation of hydrocarbons, as the invention is based on autonomous installation helped by supply ships for assembling cranes with capacities of five to two thousand tons; installation of housing modules able to accommodate from eight to two thousand people and installation of equipment for repairing wells or providing structural or dynamic maintenance thereto, these being installed in offs hore fixed equipment which require the services, without the support of crane ships or the mobilization of jack up offshore platforms or the like ships of reduced size, well known as liftboats, which are used in the intervention of wells but at a high operation costs.
