This invention develops a new water turbine for the generation of electricity, which may be installed in a river, in a tidal channel, in a sea stream or in sea waves' stream. The turbine of the invention is partially submerged and may be raised or lowered into the river, the channel stream, the sea stream or the sea waves stream accoring to variable conditions of the water stream, while maximizing the efficiency of the water pressure.
