Composition for the treatment or reduction of symptoms related to premenstrual tension (tpm), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (tdpm), premenopausal menopause, or female hormonal disorders, pharmaceutical form containing said composition, process for producing said pharmaceutical form and use of said composition. The present invention relates to the area of foods and medicaments indicated for treating or relieving premenstrual tension (tpm), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (tdpm), premenopausal menopause, or female hormonal disorders. A first embodiment relates to a composition containing vitamins, minerals and oils. In addition, the invention contemplates a pharmaceutical form, more specifically in soft capsule (also known as gelatinous) form, containing the composition of the invention. In particular, the compositions of the invention contain vitamins and minerals present in compatible sources for association with vegetable oils, preferably borage oil, evening primrose oil, or the mixture of the two oils, wherein the soft capsule contains a liquid and oily core.
