PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately calculate a collision probability in a collision probability calculation device and a collision probability calculation program for calculating a collision probability that is a probability of colliding with an object that is present in surroundings.SOLUTION: A collision prevention system obtains position information related to a position of a surrounding object representing an object in the surroundings of a user vehicle, and obtains information (moving information) of a moving speed and a moving direction of the user vehicle. A collision probability map is generated on the basis of the obtained moving information (S310). The collision prevention system further obtains the width of a traveling region on which the user vehicle travels, corrects the distribution of the probability in the collision probability map according to the obtained width of the traveling region (S330), reads a probability associated with the collision probability map after the correction according to the position of the surrounding object, and outputs the probability as a collision probability with the surrounding object (S340).
