PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure for tunnel fire extinguisher or the like, which is excellent in installation workability in a tunnel and can be used as a water supply pipe for extinguishing a fire in the tunnel.;SOLUTION: A branch portion 9 is composed of a pipe body 25 as a branch pipe body, a reinforcement layer 27, a heat insulation layer 29 and a waterproof layer 31 or the like. The pipe body 25 is a T-shaped resin pipe member, and is made of polyethylene for example. The reinforcement layer 27 is formed on the outside periphery of the pipe body 25. The reinforcement layer 27 is designed to reinforce internal pressure resistance of the pipe body 25. The heat insulation layer 29 is also formed on the outside periphery of the reinforcement layer 27. The same member as a heat insulation material 19 can be used for the heat insulation layer 29. The heat insulation layer 29 is intended to restrain the temperature of the pipe body 25 from increasing at the time when the temperature of the interior of the tunnel is transmitted into concrete hand holes 7. The waterproof layer 31 is provided on the outside periphery of the heat insulation layer 29 when necessary.
