PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference data acquisition device, a reference data acquisition system, a reference data acquisition method, and a reference data acquisition program which can suppress an increase in communication costs required for acquiring reference data and acquire appropriate reference data corresponding to ambient environment that gives an influence on photographed images.;SOLUTION: A reference data acquisition device 60 acquires reference data to be used for matching photographed images in which surroundings of a vehicle 2 are photographed. The reference data acquisition device 60 comprises: a matching point determination unit 61a which determines a schedule traveling route of the vehicle 2 and determines matching points for possibly matching photographed images with the reference data on the determined schedule traveling route; and reference data acquisition unit 61b which determines ambient environment that gives an influence on photographed images for each matching point, and acquires reference data corresponding to the determined ambient environment for each matching point.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
