PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an organic semiconductor device having furthermore improved carrier mobility; a thin film contained in the device; and a compound contained in the thin film.SOLUTION: This dichalcogenobenzodipyrrole compound is represented by formula (1) (in the formula, X and Y each independently represent a sulfur atom, an oxygen atom, a selenium atom, a tellurium atom and SO. R-Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, 1-30C alkyl, 1-30C alkoxy, 2-30C alkenyl, 2-30C alkynyl, 1-30C alkylthio, 6-30C aryl or 4-30C heteroaryl).
