PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impression management support method and an impression management support system that comprehensively manages an enterprise brand and an impression on the enterprise brand by representing a worldwide view of the whole brand.;SOLUTION: The impression management support method includes the steps of: gathering as a word selection result one word that a subject answers as a word reminded of from the impression on the brand between a pair of words previously selected as words that the subject is likely to know by intuition for the brand; converting respective words as word selection results into color data using color information generated based upon statistical information on colors; and performing classification processing on color information corresponding to the word selection results into respective quadrants on a matrix including four quadrants classified according to a hue circle, and generating color matrix information arranged in the respective quadrants on the matrix; and outputting the generated color matrix information as impression management support information on the brand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
