PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extinction liquid medicine that excels in a fire extinguishing performance, and can be used for an ordinary fire and an oil fire; and to provide a simple fire extinguishing instrument using the extinction liquid medicine.;SOLUTION: The extinction liquid medicine 9 comprises adding 0.1-10 wt.% of a surfactant to an aqueous solution that dissolves a firer extinction medicine composition including, based on 100 pts.wt of ammonium chloride (NH4Cl): 35 parts to 75 parts of carbonate at least chosen from sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and potassium carbonate (K2CO3); 13 parts to 30 parts of ammonium secondary phosphate ((NH4)2HPO4); 8 parts to 50 parts of bicarbonate chosen from sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) and potassium bicarbonate (KHCO3). The simple fire extinguishing instrument comprises sealing up the extinction liquid medicine 9 in an impact failure container of a size that can be thrown out by a hand.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
