PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information to be communicated among the faculty of a school and mutually transmit necessary information by a simple operation.;SOLUTION: A terminal device operated by a faculty of a school is connected to a server for managing information related to education affairs of the school, via a network. The server includes: a processing unit 402 for processing information set in a main screen that comprises a schedule screen, a memorandum screen for message, a bulletin screen, a mail screen and a plurality of operation buttons for selecting a screen, and a detailed screen comprising information that is more detailed than the information displayed on a main screen selected by the terminal device; an output unit 404 for outputting to the terminal, the information of the main screen and the detailed screen processed by the processing unit 402; an input unit 401 in which input information from the terminal device is input corresponding to the screen output to the terminal device; and a setting unit 402a for setting the input information input in the input unit 401 as information of the screen.
