PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new eave soffit structure capable of being fitted with an eave soffit material without use of a ceiling joist and excellent in fire-resisting (heat-resisting) performance.;SOLUTION: This eave soffit structure of a building includes: a heat-resistant substrate material which is laid between a supporting member as a base portion of eaves, attached along an exterior wall of the building, and a fascia board substrate material for supporting a fascia board material attached to a leading end of the eaves; and the eave soffit material which is provided in such a manner as to cover the heat-resistant substrate material. The heat-resistant substrate material comprises a core layer which has a wood chip, a thermosetting resin and an inorganic filler, and front-side and back-side layers of the core layer, which has glass fibers, the thermosetting resin and the inorganic filler.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
