PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making, filling and packaging machine which allows an inner cylinder of a filling cylinder having a double cylinder structure to be detached from the lower side of the bag-making, filling and packaging machine, thereby saving a detachment space and reducing a workload for detachment to improve maintainability; and to provide a method for detaching the inner cylinder of the filling cylinder having the double cylinder structure.;SOLUTION: A filling cylinder 5 is placed in a specific detachment position where the lower end thereof is raised upward toward the front. When an outer cylinder 7 and an inner cylinder 8 are separated by releasing engagement by engaging means, the inner cylinder 8 can be taken out from the lower end side of the outer cylinder 7 toward the front side. Even when a bag-making, filling and packaging machine is used as an ordinary vertical type having the filling cylinder 5 in a vertical position, the inclined position of the filling cylinder 5 can be used as a detachment position. By detaching the inner cylinder 8 of the filling cylinder 5 from the lower end side of the outer cylinder 7 toward the front side, a space to be secured for detachment is saved, and a workload for the detachment is reduced, so that maintainability is improved, as compared with a case in which the inner cylinder 8 is lifted upward and detached.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
