PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image generation apparatus for brain function measurement capable of increasing user convenience by reducing the restrictions of a device for referencing used during collation between brain function measurement results and video images of a subject's motion.SOLUTION: A moving image generation apparatus 4 (moving image generation apparatus for brain function measurement) comprises: an input/output unit 44 for accepting inputs of both time-series measurement result data 51, 52 indicating the measurement results about a subject's brain function measured by a brain function measurement apparatus 1 and a subject's camera images 54 at the measurement; a control unit 41 for editing the measurement result data 51, 52 and the subject's camera images 54 in such a manner that the measurement timing of the measurement results is synchronized with the subject's camera images 54 to constitute a single display video data set 60; and a storage unit 42 for recording the single video image data set 60 edited by the control unit 41, as moving image data 61.
