PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to highly accurately, efficiently provide a risk knowledge excellent in usefulness for a beneficiary.;SOLUTION: A risk knowledge providing system 10 executes a first process for searching answer histories of other users each at a predetermined similarity to an answer history of a target user designated by an input device on the basis of stored information in a second database 130 in relation to the target user and a target project type, searches other users each at a predetermined similarity in user attribute information to the target user on the basis of stored information in a third database 128, and identifying the answer history at a similarity equal to or higher than the predetermined similarity, of the other user at a similarity in user attribute equal to or higher than the predetermined similarity. Furthermore, the risk knowledge providing system 10 executes a second process for identifying a risk knowledge having an information granularity according to a user level indicated by the user attribute information on the target user among risk knowledge in risk evaluation items corresponding to the identified answer history from a first database 126, and outputting the identified risk knowledge to an output device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
