PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving reliability of an interposer 4.SOLUTION: Each contact 7 includes: a lower soldering terminal part 10 in surface contact with a lower substrate bottom face 8b; and a columnar conductor part 11 linearly protruding from the lower soldering terminal part 10 substantially parallel to a thickness direction of a lower insulation substrate 8 so as to penetrate the lower insulation substrate 8. The columnar conductor part 11 includes a lower buried part 13 being buried within the lower insulation substrate 8 and an exposed part 14 exposed outside of the lower insulation substrate 8. The lower soldering terminal part 10 includes: a lower terminal substrate opposing surface 10a opposing the lower substrate bottom face 8b; and a lower terminal substrate non-opposing surface 10b that is a surface at the opposite side of the lower terminal substrate opposing surface 10a. In the lower terminal substrate non-opposing surface 10b, at least an overlapped area 10d that is overlapped with the columnar conductor part 11 in a view in the thickness direction of the lower insulation substrate 8, is exposed outside.
