METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING METAL CHALCOGENIDE FLUID DISPERSION, METAL CHALCOGENIDE FLUID DISPERSION, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHT ABSORPTION LAYER FOR SOLAR BATTERY, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR BATTERY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal chalcogenide fluid dispersion which is small in average particle diameter, and small in change in viscosity with time.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal chalcogenide fluid dispersion comprises: a metal chalcogenide nano particle-formation step for mixing at least one kind of metal or a metal compound selected from a group consisting of Group XI metals, Group XII metals, Group XIII metals, Group XIV metals, Group XV metals, Group XI metal compounds, Group XII metal compounds, Group XIII metal compounds, Group XIV metal compounds and Group XV metal compounds, a solvent including water as a primary component, and a Group XVI element-containing compound together, thereby to produce metal chalcogenide nano particles; and an addition step for adding a compound (1) expressed by the general formula (1) below to the metal chalcogenide nano particles to obtain a metal chalcogenide fluid dispersion. (In the general formula (1), Rto Rindependently represent an alkyl group, an aryl group or a hydrogen atom.)
