PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which magnetic particles in a thermosetting resin are optimally oriented by a magnet for orientation and little cost is required for components as a result.;SOLUTION: a) A tool 10 has a magnet body 30, and a wall region 40 adjacent to a cavity 20, and b) a step for injecting a thermosetting resin containing a particulate magnetic material into a cavity in the state of fluidity thereof, c) a step for impressing an orientation magnetic field corresponding to a desired magnetization, d) a step for finishing the active cooling of the wall region, e) a step for heating the wall region to a crosslinking temperature of the thermosetting resin 55 until crosslinking of the thermosetting resin is finished by using a heating device, f) a step for shutting down the heating device, g) a step for coagulating the thermosetting resin, and h) a step for releasing the coagulated thermosetting resin are implemented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
