PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of measuring the amount of moisture sequentially, in a method of manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system including a storage tank storing an electrolyte for manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery provided with a nonaqueous electrolyte, liquid injection piping for feeding the electrolyte from the outlet of the storage tank, and a valve provided between a semi-finished product of a lithium ion secondary battery to which the electrolyte is injected and a liquid injection port, i.e., the outlet of the liquid injection piping, is further provided with a measurement system capable of measuring the amount of moisture in the electrolyte.
