PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote drug efficacy and further promote natural healing power by applying an extremely low frequency magnetic field to an experimental animal, and thereby a new drug development period and a pharmaceutical period are greatly reduced by this invention and the pharmaceutical industry is greatly developed.;SOLUTION: An extremely low frequency magnetic field is applied to an experimental animal by supplying an extremely low frequency current in a conductor coil. Alternatively, concrete using a magnetization stone group or a magnetization stone as an aggregate is installed under the cage of the experimental animal, and by this method, the extremely low frequency magnetic field is relatively applied to the body of the experimental animal acting frequently. Blood cells and plasma of a quiescent experimental animal become a blood stream and move, so that the extremely low frequency magnetic field is relatively applied. Free protons are generated in the moisture in the experimental animal body by this extremely low frequency, and the biochemical reaction of the drug is promoted, and thereby the drug efficacy is promoted.
