PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitation hardening stainless steel powder obtaining high strength even when aging as a sintered body, a manufacturing method thereof and a molded body thereof.;SOLUTION: There is provided a precipitation hardening stainless steel powder containing, by mass%, C:≤0.05%, Si:≤1.0%, Mn:≤1.5%, Ni:3.0 to 8.5%, Cr:12.0 to 20.0%, Mo:0.1 to 2.5%, Cu:1.0 to 5.0%, Nb+Ta≥5C, N:≤350 ppm and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and consisting of powder of precipitation hardening stainless steel where a martensite structure contained in a sintered body consisting of the steel powder is 90% or more.
