PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar battery design apparatus, a solar battery design method, and a solar battery manufacturing method capable of achieving accurate evaluation of the performance of a solar battery while the solar battery is actually operating and adjustment for obtaining the higher performance of the solar battery.;SOLUTION: The solar battery design apparatus comprises: a model information recording unit 3 recording information on an equivalent circuit of a solar battery and circuit parameters; an installation location information input unit 1 to which information on an environment of an installation location of the solar battery is input; a circuit simulator main body 2 that is a circuit simulator simulating a power generation amount by the solar battery on the basis of the information on the equivalent circuit and the circuit parameters as well as the information on the installation location; a simulation result recording unit 4 recording a simulation result of the circuit simulator; an optimum parameter set storage unit 5 storing therein a manufacturing recipe corresponding to a combined set of circuit parameters that can ensure the maximum power generation amount in the simulation resu and a process recipe recording unit 7 recording the manufacturing recipe read from the optimum parameter set storage unit 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
