PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic video viewing device which eliminates the necessity of separate stereo glasses.SOLUTION: The stereoscopic video viewing device is used in sightseeing areas and at terminals. The stereoscopic video viewing device includes an observation opening provided with two polarizing plates having different polarization directions in a horizontal direction, a monitor on which video for left eye and video for right eye for stereoscopic video viewing are overlappedly displayed, and a vertical rotary table in which a video box configured by combining the observation opening with the monitor is formed, a rising and falling rotary shaft is formed on both left and right sides of the video box and linked to the vertical rotary table. The stereoscopic video viewing device includes a support base provided at a lower part of the vertical rotary table so that an observer can separately view video for left eye with a left polarizing plate of the observation opening and video for right eye with a right polarizing plate of the observation opening, respectively in stereoscopic video with the video for left eye and the video for right eye overlapping and that the observer can observe the stereoscopic video as it is without separate stereo glasses.
