PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a question/answer display program which is used when displaying a question or an answer on a terminal device communicating with a Web server in service to answer various questions on the Internet, makes a response to the question have continuity, and is suitable for conversational display.;SOLUTION: When calling a prescribed Web page for dealing with a questioner, a question/answer display program is started, the program makes new information such as an answer to a question or a related question related to the question be continuously displayed inside the same Web page to make the dealing with the question have continuity and to conversationally display the dealing with the question. When one related question is selected so as to obtain the answer to the related question without opening a link to another Web page, text data indicating a question content of the related question capable of being used for search of a FAQ database are transmitted without opening the link.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
