PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying body control system that transmits a flight route the reference point of which is a flying body's position or a landing position to a flying body and enables flight or landing according to the flight route or the landing position.SOLUTION: A flying body control system includes a terminal device 11. The terminal device comprises: a map information storage part 111; a receiving part 113 that receives flying body position information representing a three-dimensional position of the flying body 12, from the flying body; a flight information acquisition part 114 that uses map information and the flying body position information to acquire flight information representing a flight route the reference point of which is a flying body's position, or a landing position; and a transmission part 115 that transmits the flight information that the flight information acquisition part has acquired, to the flying body; and the flying body 12 that flies or lands according to the flight route or the landing position that the flight information received from the terminal device represents. This process enables flight or landing according to the flight route or the landing position.
