PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear power generation apparatus compatibly having counter-terrorism measures and high operability during an accident.SOLUTION: An operation of an important control valves and switches is mainly performed with a mechanical rotation shaft of priority interruption, and is guide to the outside of a building having a low contamination risk, and is connected to a lever or handle allowing an input operation. For counter-terrorism measures, a shutter resistant to an attack by a weapon portable in a field site is closed and locked. Thus, a nuclear power generation apparatus compatibly having counter-terrorism measures and high operability during an accident is provided.
