PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide voice call service even when a configuration of a PBX system changes.;SOLUTION: A PBX centralized management system 2 includes: a PBX server 11 comprising a subscriber individual database 111 to which information on a user terminal is registered; a registration server 12 that is installed correspondingly to the PBX server 11 and comprises a subscriber information registration acceptance unit 122 for accepting information on a user terminal to be registered to the subscriber individual database 111; and a master server 13 comprising a subscriber total database 131 for storing information on user terminals in the entire subarea 5. The PBX server 11 comprises a call control unit 113 for inquiring of the master server 13 information on a user terminal related to a call in the case that the user terminal is not registered in the subscriber individual database 111. When receiving registration/deletion information on a user terminal for the PBX server making a pair with the registration server 12, the subscriber information registration acceptance unit 122 in the registration server 12 transfers the registration/deletion information to the master server 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
