PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analyzer management system, a management device for the specimen analyzer, the specimen analyzer, a management method of the specimen analyzer, and a computer program for enabling a user to easily replace a component for maintenance, and to suppress malfunctions and deterioration of analysis accuracy after replacement of the component.SOLUTION: When a component of a specimen analyzer 11 is replaced, a component unique code is read from bar codes of the component, and the code is transmitted from the specimen analyzer 11 to a management device 21. The management device 21 collates the component unique code by a component replacement history database, determines that the component is the new one when the code is not registered in component replacement history, and determines that the component is the secondhand one when the code is registered in the component replacement history. In the case of the secondhand one, it is displayed that the component is the secondhand one in the specimen analyzer 11, and in the case of the new one, moving pictures for explaining component replacement are played back in the specimen analyzer 11.
