PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam oxidation scale growth rate prediction method for high-Cr steel which can readily perform prediction.;SOLUTION: A relational expression of a Cr conversion value defined from contents of Cr, Si, W, Co in high-Cr steel, a steam temperature to which high-Cr steel is exposed, and the thickness of steam oxidation scale generated on high-Cr steel is preliminarily defined. The relational expression is used, and a steam oxidation scale growth rate is predicted from the Cr conversion value and the steam temperature of high-Cr steel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
