Rectangular draining tray for use during manufacture of cheeses in food industry, has feet that are in contact with plate to allow welding of feet and plate by segments with feet, where feet are separated by arcs
The tray has a reinforcement cleat placed under a plate. The cleat includes feet (9) separated by arcs (8). The feet are in contact with the plate to allow welding of the feet and the plate by segments with the feet, where distance between the cleat and the plate on the level of the arcs avoids any non-welded contact between the cleat and the plate. The cleat includes an opening placed in regions mechanically stressed for the cleat. The plate includes longitudinal drains emerging on the level of end edges of the plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rectangular draining tray.
