Hermetically oil filled transformer, has plates including teeth penetrating between fins, and side and front clearances separating plates from fins, where clearances have values lower than deformation values in free state of fins
The transformer has an external tank (1) delimiting a closed volume filled with oil. The tank includes vertical cooling fins (2), and the closed volume includes cavities located in the fins. Plates (3) in the shape of combs are set around the tank and include teeth penetrating between the fins. Side and front clearances separate the plates from the fins. The clearances have values lower than deformation values in free state of the fins subjected to a constraint greater than yield strength of the material. The teeth include central recesses.
