The cooking plate comprises a plate support (1) provided with a projection (2), which has an upper part (3) arranged to support a bottom of pie crusts and is surrounded by a cookie cutter (4). The cookie cutter is fixed laterally compared to the projection and has an upper side (5) projecting the upper part of the projection. The plate further comprises two independent plates comprising a lower plate provided with the projection and an upper plate provided with the cutter. The upper plate and the lower plate are complementary and laterally fixed with respect to each other. The cooking plate comprises a plate support (1) provided with a projection (2), which has an upper part (3) arranged to support a bottom of pie crusts and is surrounded by a cookie cutter (4). The cookie cutter is fixed laterally compared to the projection and has an upper side (5) projecting the upper part of the projection. The plate further comprises two independent plates comprising a lower plate provided with the projection and an upper plate provided with the cutter. The upper plate and the lower plate are complementary and laterally fixed with respect to each other. The lower plate is provided with locating pins. The upper plate is provided with holes opposite from the locating pins. The lower plate and the upper plate are attached by a reinforcing plate. The reinforcing plate has two opposite sides forming a slide in which one of the sides of the lower plate and one of the sides of the upper plate contact. The projection has a truncated pyramid shape or truncated cone so that the upper part forms a plane surface. The upper part of the projection is provided with a perforation. The cutter has a smoothed or notched upper side.
