The mechanism has a fixing unit for fixing the mechanism on front (2) of a housing (1). A blocking unit blocks a control lever (3) in two positions corresponding to stable positions, and is independent of the fixing unit and activated after fixing of the mechanism. A locking unit locks the blocking unit when the blocking unit is in a blocking position of lever. The blocking unit has a triangular pin (10) retractable from a reversed U-structure (6) fixed to the housing. The pin moves between a position interfering with a path of the lever and a position releasing the path.
