The system has an electronic system (1) e.g. smartphone, a salesman data server (3) and a trusted third party data server (5), where the electronic system is adapted to generate a contract in an electronic form. A zone dedicated to the signature is superimposed in a zone dedicated for the contract signature. A copy of the electronic contract is provided with an image of the signatures, where the copy is recorded in the trusted third party server. The copy of the electronic contract with the image of the signatures is associated with a proof file including a temporal signature recording. An independent claim is also included for an electronic signature method.
