Method for allowing subscriber of mobile operator to receive and make calls on mobile during phase of roaming without passing through operator, involves reaching call to boat, plane or any other place when access internet is available
The method involves returning mobile numbers of users to a local phone number from a telecommunications platform in a voice mode of a smartphone, tablet or computer that is connected to a fixed or mobile internet protocol (IP) network. The returned number and platforms associated with an account of voice are recognized when returning intelligent routing software. A user is previously registered in a database to parameterize voice software. A call is reachable to a boat, a plane or any other place when an access internet is available in an absence of mobile network.
