The barrier (100) has a stringer-holder (2) equipped with a housing in which a stringer (1) is engaged. The stringer includes a tubular bar in which a wooden reinforcement core is inserted. An elastic element i.e. rubber sleeve, is interposed between the stringer and the stringer holder. The reinforcement core is engaged inside the tubular bar on one-third of length of the reinforcement core, where the tubular bar is a longitudinal element comprising braided carbon threads. The stringer holder has an annular recess coaxial with the housing.
